Family Affair: Shelomi Sanders, Daughter of Deion Sanders, Commits to Jackson State University!

Posted By: Kennedy Williams on March 03, 2022 18-year-old Shelomi Sanders, daughter of legendary NFL great and Hall of Famer Deion Sanders, has committed to playing women's basketball at Jackson State University! Shelomi is currently a shooting guard at Rockwall Heath High School in Rockwall, Texas. Her Hudl page includes dynamic highlights of her 3 pointers, 2 pointers, and fast breaks. Shelomi will join her dad, football head coach, and her two brothers, Shilo and Shedeur, who play on the football team to play with the Lady Tigers. Shelomi announced the news on her Instagram page by simply saying, "COMMITTED" and tagging JSU. Her dad commented on the post, saying, "Proud Father!" "When I tell u GOD is Good GOD is Good! My young daughter @shelomisanders has committed to play basketball for the Back 2 Back Swac Champions @gojsutigerswbb !" Deion Sanders wrote on Instagram. "@coachtomekiareed I love ya, appreciate u, and TRUST u with my baby girl. Teach her, Challenge her, Develop her to be the best she can be on and off the court. God is so good. 3 kids on campus! @shilosanders @shedeursanders & now @shelomisanders THIS IS WHAT I CALL CHILD SUPPORT." Now, this is a true family affair!
