A change is coming

Posted By: Janda Anderson on May 21, 2006 No more classes... just graduation practice. I'm almost there. I'm almost a high school graduate. I'm almost a college student. All of this means I'm one more step to GREATNESS And another step to being happy, successful, and content with life. Man I don't even believe that I'm graduating. It feels unreal. And it really still hasn't hit me that I won't be going back to the high in August. I'll be moving my things to Claflin's dorms to live without my mother and without my security blanket of all my friends in Savannah. Dang, I'm trying to let it marinate but it just won't seem to stay with me. I'm leaving my two best friends to face life without them.... I have no idea how I'm going to handle them not making me focus and do what I need to do, to wake me up, to help me skip class and then cheat on the homework. My girls are going to be 2 and 4 hours away. I don't know if I can make it without them having my back. Damnit! We were suppose to be together these next four years but I guess this is our true test of friendship. Calls and texting.... dang them chicks going to take up all my minutes! girl....time flies by fast...juz enjoy every moment...cuz its a memory worth remembering...have fun @ graduation, prom and all that other stuff..and then be prepared 2 work hard in the fall.
