THANK YOU VERY MUCH. MY CD ROM IS IN MANY HIGH SCHOOLS IN THE US. THIS INFO IS VERY USEFUL FOR GUIDANCE COUNSELORS. SEE ALOT OF PEOPLE DO NOT RESEARCH INFO FOR STUDENTS. THAT IS WHY ALOT OF STUDENTS DON'T KNOW WHERE TO GO FOR GOOD INFO. ALOT OF PEOPLE NEVER KNEW THAT THERE WERE SCHOLARSHIPS GIVEN OUT FROM THE JESSE OWENS FOUNDATION, HARRIET TUBMAN FUND, FREDERICK DOUGLASS FUND AND SOJOURNER TRUTH FUND. AND THE LIST GOES ON. THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OK BLACK SOCIAL WORKERS, ARE GIVING OUT GRANTS ETC. ALL THAT I PUT IN THE CD ROM. SEE THE LORD BLESS ME WITH THE PROJECT ABOUT A YEAR AGO. AS AFRICAN AMERICANS WE HAVE TO NETWORK MORE AND MORE TO HELP EACH OTHER TO GET AHEAD. WE NEED FUTURE= JOURNALISTS, NURSES, DOCTORS, ENGINEERS, PSYCHOLOGISTS, SOCIOLOGISTS, BUSINESS OWNERS, ENTREPRENEURS, ETC. I AM ON HBCU BECAUSE I LOVE TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE TO GET AHEAD. YES, BECAUSE IN MY CD ROM TAT I MARKET. I LIST NAMES, ADDRESSES, TELEPHONE NUMBERS AND WEB SITES FOR ALL THE 115 BLACK COLLEGES IN THE US. EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT HBCU AFFILIATED, ALSO IN THE CD ROM I LIST 10 FINANCIAL AID PROGRAMS. ALONG WITH THE GRANT AND SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS. SO ALL A PERSON HAS TO DO IS WRITE TO THE COLLEGE THAT THEY WHAT TO GO. AFTER GETTING THE INFO, START APPLYING FOR EVERYTHING THEY WANT. I AM A NON-HBCU COLLEGE FAN, BUT I MENTOR YOUNG BLACK MALES AT MEDGAR EVERS COLLEGE IN BROOKLYN, NEW YORK. I DO ALOT OF PROMOTING TO HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS. I PUT THIS CD ROM TOGETHER FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING ( BLACK COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES ) AND RESOURCES THAT CAN HELP TO GET IN.
