Tougaloo College Announces New Head Coach of Men's Basketball

The Athletics Department has officially announced Assistant Coach Eric Strothers as the new Head Coach for the Bulldogs.

After 8 seasons and 2 championships at the helm of the Bulldog Basketball Team, legendary coach Thomas J. Billups turns program over to longtime assistant coach Eric Strothers.

Strothers will take over the Bulldog program for the 2022-2023 season; making this his first stint as a head coach.

Coach Billups will remain on staff as Coach Strothers' assistant.

Thank you Coach Billups for 8 great years of leadership and congratulations to Coach Strothers.
