The Delaware Business magazine’s latest front cover features a photo of many of the top female leaders at Delaware State University as part of its lead story entitled “The New ‘Power of WE’ – Emerging Female Leadership at Delaware State University.”

The article chronicles the elimination of the “glass ceiling” at Delaware State University and the resultant growth of its female leadership over the past decade.
