What Internships are available? Merchandising and Marketing- As an intern in the Merchandising & Marketing Internship Program (MMIP), you’ll learn how to apply your analytical skills, classroom learning, and interest in retail, products, and customers to make a meaningful contribution to the growth of our company. Over the 10-week-long program at our corporate headquarters in Deerfield, IL, you will have the opportunity to work with and learn from a group of innovative individuals focused on guiding the growth of the leading drugstore retailer. APPLY HERE! Finance and Accounting Internship- This internship position will be a part of the Finance & Accounting organization. Responsible for supporting Finance & Accounting leaders in developing budgets, forecasts and providing meaningful analysis of actual results. This position will provide the intern visibility to the staff within the Finance & Accounting division as well as the operational staff across the business units. In this position, the candidate will have the opportunity to demonstrate and develop analytical skills while learning about the diverse business units within Walgreens. APPLY HERE! Supply Chain Internship- Interacts and participates with various divisions within Walgreens to assist in influencing key business decisions. Assists with and completes projects that contribute to the strategic initiatives and department goals of the function the role supports. APPLY HERE! What are the qualifications? ·You must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with 2 semesters remaining upon the start date. ·You must have experience communicating with key stakeholders via writing reports and presenting the information. ·You must have experience collaborating with teams ·You must have basic level skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
