Why You Should Attend: The Financial Alliance for Racial Equity is looking to connect with students from HBCUs and current young professionals who want to get a head start in landing an internship or full-time career in the financial services industry. The goal of the event is to broaden awareness of FARE’s mission to increase diversity, equity and inclusion in the financial services industry and the communities served. This will also be a forum to attract students into roles available at FARE-member firms. FARE seeks to improve diversity in the financial services industry and understands the importance of representation at all levels in an organization. By hosting financial service recruiting events for HBCU students and young professionals, FARE hopes to encourage students, alumni and early career professionals to pursue career opportunities in the financial services industry.
