What is it

What is it

Okay I wanna know what is it with guys and not tking care of their kids then they have the nerve to get mad when another man steps up. And what's up wih these girls that have a man that is willing but they act stupid and won't let him take care of his child. I don't know about the next female but I would rather have a FATHER for mine than to get a check. I fell like there are things that a FaTHER can give to a child growing up that can't be taken care of by a check.

I agree, but what can you do? As long as people don't change their way of thinking, things won't change.

Well, I'm not quite sure what you mean when you say, "And what's up wih these girls that have a man that is willing but they act stupid and won't let him take care of his child. I don't know about the next female [,] I would rather have a FATHER for mine than to get a check."

Anyway, I was caught up in listening to other women putting me down because I didn't have a man - then, in an err to "have a man," I ended up settling for losers. I mean males who didn't want to provide money or emotional support for my child.

I had to hit rock bottom before I realized that I had to prioritize what I was doing and stop trying to please everyone else by proving that I could find a man to do anything for me, including help me raise my child.

There are few REAL MEN, at least from my perspective. Yeah, you'll hear a lot about the importance of having a male role model in a child's life, but sometimes you have to just do the best you can without one - That is, of course, until God sends you the right person.

Realistically though, a broke (for an extended period of time) man, or woman for that matter, can only go but so far in the real world. "Love, unfortunately, does not conquer all."
