Posted By: S. Moore on February 17, 2023 Are you an HBCU graduate with a background in housing justice efforts or have experience with the affordable housing and homelessness systems? If so, Funders for Housing and Opportunity (FHO) is hiring a Housing Narrative Strategist with experience in narrative change and strategic communications related to housing and a Housing Policy Strategist for their small but mighty team. A core group of funders came together in 2016 to contribute their expertise to an effort to improve housing outcomes. They listened to housing stakeholders across the country to understand the opportunity and imperative to redesign housing systems. So, in 2018 they formally joined forces to establish FHO. Funders for Housing and Opportunity (FHO) is a cross-sector, non-partisan, national funder collaborative that works to ensure that renters have access to safe, stable homes they can afford in thriving communities, free from the barriers and harms of systemic racism.
