Purses with Purpose: Benefiting Students at HBCU’s

Posted By: S. Moore on April 21, 2023 Purses with Purpose is a bi-annual fundraiser benefitting students at Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Joining us now with all the details is Vanessa Smith and Pamela Garmon-Johnson. Sunday, April 23rd at 2 pm Purses with Purpose (PWP) is the premier, bespoke experience that curates silent and live auction of handbags and unique goods that are created, designed, and curated by Black owners. Proceeds from PWP help raise funds for the Jack and Jill Foundation to help close the gap for Historically Black Colleges and Universities students. Historically black colleges and universities are institutions of higher education in the United States that were established before the Civil Rights Act of 1964 with the intention of primarily serving African American. This year our featured designers are:
