Students can gain a high-level overview of companies, learn about internship and job opportunities, and build their network of industry professionals. Students will gain knowledge of specific companies and organization’s: • Mission and Culture • Divisions and areas of specialization • Internships, entry-level and full-time employment • Internship and employee benefits • Hiring process, timelines, and professional qualifications • Day in the life of employees • Career growth and projected opportunities To participate in Competitive Advantage, students must meet the following eligibility requirements: • U.S. citizen or permanent resident • G.P.A. of 3.0 or higher • African American, Hispanic American, or Native American • College sophomore, junior, or senior in good academic standing, studying any academic major • Able to show continuous growth as a young, emerging leader through extracurricular activities and community involvement Participating Companies: Bank of America-June 28, 11 am Centene Corporation-July 12, 11 am & 4 pm E. & J.
