Aimed at increasing the number of minority physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, this initiative strives to cultivate a diverse healthcare workforce that is reflective of the Chicago community. At the end of this school year, the organization will be awarding up to three scholarships, each worth $3000, to deserving high school seniors and college students across Chicago. These scholarships serve as a financial stepping stone, enabling talented individuals to pursue training in the medical field and ultimately contribute their skills and knowledge to medically underserved areas.
