As the Nurse Quality Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in identifying and addressing factors that impact patient and program outcomes within the Organ Transplant Program. You will investigate adverse events, lead quality improvement initiatives, and monitor transplant quality metrics and regulatory standards using evidence-based practice and a systems approach. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least one year of experience in direct patient care experience is required for this position.
