HBCU Grad, Black Pharmacist Celebrates Two Years as Owner of a Natural Hair Salon and Beauty Supply Store

Moore on July 19, 2023 Dr. Kristal Cunningham, a proud graduate of Florida A&M University with 17 years of experience as a clinical pharmacist, is also the owner of Bold Kulture Beauty, an Orlando, Florida-based Black-owned hair salon and beauty supply store that focuses on people with natural hair. In the near future, she'll be also transforming her store into a cosmetic pharmacy. Bold Kulture Beauty is a revolutionary natural hair-focused beauty retailer and educator at the forefront of redefining how we see natural hair is making waves with its mission to empower their “kurlfriends” to embrace their authentic selves.
