This intriguing movie delves into Gary's unexpected alliance with Jeremiah O’Keefe, a Mississippi funeral home owner portrayed by Tommy Lee Jones. O’Keefe, facing financial struggles, is pushed to sell his business to a ruthless corporation led by CEO Ray Loewen, portrayed by Bill Camp, who aims to profit from death. Though Gary may be a legal powerhouse with an unbeatable streak, he's a fish out of water when it comes to contract law. This puts him at a distinct disadvantage against the formidable Loewen and his cutthroat corporation. However, their unexpected partnership sparks a journey filled with touching and comical moments that will leave audiences entertained. Tommy Lee Jones couldn't help but praise his experience working alongside Jamie Foxx, describing their time on set as highly energized and filled with laughter.
