It’s back to school for many and back to our next Virtual Hair Club meetup~ September is also Self Care Month. Dr. Alisha Reed has shared 30 Self-Care Ideas for the month. This month we are thrilled to bring back Chanel Denise, author of You’re Invited to Show Up! What a wonderful way to focus on self-care by showing up for yourself and your life!
