Blackbaud Named a 2023 Tech Cares Award Winner by Trust Radius

The award celebrates companies that demonstrate a strong commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs that enable their employees and local communities to live in a more sustainable and equitable world. “One of Blackbaud’s company values is ‘powered by purpose,’” said Margaret “Maggie” Driscoll, chief people and culture officer, Blackbaud. “Our employees worldwide are energized by our opportunity to fuel social impact—both through Blackbaud’s software and how we help our customers, as well as the way we operate our business and give back to our communities. We are honored to be recognized with a Tech Cares award again this year. It’s truly a testament to our people, and the passion they bring to work every day.” Blackbaud’s social responsibility is characterized by four key priority areas: people and culture, fueling social impact, driving climate solutions, and governance and data responsibility.
