Make it easy for recruiters to find you by customizing your profile URL to include your name or a variation. 3. Use a professional profile picture. Choose a high-quality, professional photo that reflects your industry and personal brand. 4. Include relevant skills. Highlight your areas of expertise by including relevant skills in your profile’s Skills & Endorsements section. Add keywords to make your profile more discoverable. 5. Showcase your experience.
