In a collaborative effort to connect with top-notch tech talent from diverse backgrounds, Amazon Engine and HBCU CONNECT hosted a virtual hiring event on November 16th, 2023.

The event, which attracted over 530 interested professionals, offered exciting career opportunities at the forefront of innovation.

Amazon showcased its commitment to diversity by seeking candidates for a variety of roles, including Principal Product Manager Tech, Senior Technical Program Manager, Applied Scientist in ML/DL/NLP/LLM, and Software Development Engineer.

Attendees actively engaged with the team, asking insightful questions and gaining valuable insights into the potential for future interviews. The event's success, with over 324 confirmations and a maximum concurrent attendance of 215, demonstrates the strong interest in career opportunities at Amazon among diverse tech professionals.
