Indoor Track and Field Back in Action, Compete in HBCU Showcase

Moore on January 11, 2024 WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.- The Winston-Salem State University indoor track and field team will be back in action on Saturday, January 13 at the HBCU Showcase sponsored by KPMG in New York, New York. The meet will take place at the Nike Track & Field Center at the Armory, home to the Fastest Track in the World. For the first time, the HBCU Showcase will live stream on Peacock, available to all subscribers from 3 pm to 5 pm. About 25 teams will be in attendance. Things to Know: Location: New York, N.Y. (Nike Track & Field Center) Time: All Day Admission: $26 Media: Live Stats / Streaming Peacock – 3 pm – 5 pm Last Time Out: The Rams opened the season at the Early Bird Invitational at the JDL Fast Track. The Rams saw three people qualify for the 60m finals. Hayleigh Bryant finished first in the 200m. The 4x400 relay teams had fourth and fifth-place finishes, respectively. Up Next: The Rams will be back in action on Sunday, January 21 at the JDL Flat is Fast Invitational at the JDL Track in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
