Coppin State University 2024 Homecoming Cooking Competition Showcasing Culinary Talent
BALTIMORE – Six teams, consisting of students, faculty, and staff, vie for the title of Champion of Chopped 2024 and the golden spatula. The cooking competition is set to be a culinary extravaganza, where aspiring chefs will showcase their creativity, skills, and the ability to think on their feet — but with a twist. Under intense time constraints, each team must craft a dish based on their Coppin experience. Each team will be judged based on key criteria, including presentation, taste, utilization of ingredients, and integration of the surprise item.

Additionally, each team is tasked with presenting, plating, and articulating their dish, and its connection to the distinctive Coppin Experience.
