TUSKEGGE MARSHALL UNIVERSITY TAKES GOLD: DOMINATING HBCU RIVALS IN PRESTIGIOUS BUSINESS COMPETITION

The competition, styled after the popular show "Shark Tank," saw the students presenting a pioneering project—a digital comic book software program designed to promote STEM education and enhance skills among K-5 aged children in underrepresented communities. Their innovative approach earned them a prize of $15,000. The winning team comprised Seanna E. Brooks, Kennedy Leggins, JaMiyah Cameron, and Raylon Autry, whose dedication and ingenuity shone through in their presentation. Guided by the expertise of Drs. Y. Essounga, S. Price, and Provost S. Keith Hargrove, the students demonstrated not only their entrepreneurial acumen but also their commitment to making a positive impact in education. Dr. S.
