INAUGURAL HBCU PRESIDENTS CLASSIC: A RESOUNDING SUCCESS

The event featured a dynamic dialogue moderated by Laura Onyeneho, where Dr. Ruth Simmons of PVAMU and Dr. Lesia Crumpton-Young of TSU discussed college funding, alumni engagement, new programs, and institutional futures. Dr. Crumpton-Young highlighted TSU's innovative approach with the new College of Transdisciplinary Studies, aiming to serve students with prior college credits and work experience. The event highlighted the resilience and future potential of HBCUs, driven by visionary leadership and community support, setting a powerful tone for advancing educational equity and excellence.
