VICE PRESIDENT KAMALA HARRIS DISCUSSES ABORTION BANS AND HBCU INVESTMENTS AT ESSENCE FESTIVAL

The event underscored the Biden-Harris campaign’s strategy to distinguish itself from the Trump campaign by focusing on issues directly impacting African-American communities.
