"The Greatful Chant" Is Currently #1 On Billboard Digital Sales Charts. LISA PAGE BROOKS first got her start in gospel music in 1986 as a member of a contemporary gospel group out of Detroit called Witness. She is known for her iconic ad libs and signature vocal style. The singer went solo in 1997 and released five albums since with a few singles and features in between. Some of her most popular songs include “I Want To Say Thank You” off her 2009 album, Strong and a feature on VaShawn Mitchell’s “His Blood Still Works.” Song Overview The viral single entitled The Grateful Chant was created to be inspiring and a testament to Brooks’ resilience and deep-rooted faith that connects with her journey of faith, grief, and healing .
