Posted By: Aisha Numan on June 18, 2006 My name is Aisha. I was born in East Orange, NJ and lived there until I was 13. I moved to the suburbs of Jersey in January of 2000 and lived there until June 2005. I now live in Easton, PA. I still have family in Jersey both North and South Jersey. So I will never forget where I come from. If you know me you know i still talk like I'm from Jersey but I got a little country swang to me now. Im still the same person I was and always will be but I have matured. I will be 20yrs old in December and have gone through alot to understand what it means to be an adult. Although I still have so much more to learn. I use to be a tomboy when I was little so thats how everyone sees me and kinda how i see myself. I am becoming more of a woman and starting to look and act that way. But all in all Im still that independent, loud at times, in your face, shy at times, loving, caring, real tomboyish girl and I have accepted that and Im fine with it. Some accept me and some dont. But i still feel I will always be misunderstood and unique because that how I am and that whats its gonna be. My favorite quotes "Love conquers all," "God is good all the time," "I'm too blessed to stress." " If you cant accept me for who i am them leave me alone."
