Agilent Technologies Announces New Americas Field Services Campus Hire Program

Posted By: Reginald Culpepper on December 06, 2024 Wilmington, DE – December 9, 2024 – Agilent Technologies is pleased to announce the appointment of Morgan Richardson as Manager of the new Services Campus Hire Program. Herself a campus hire, Morgan has been with Agilent 18 years and brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to the new role. As Services Campus Hire Manager, Morgan will lead and manage a rotational training program to prepare entry level hires for Field Service roles in the US Customer Service Organization. She will oversee the selection, hiring, onboarding, training, and rotation of new hires as a ‘cohort’ to build community, culture, and engagement. The program will rotate new hires through instrument repair, call center, and field on the job training to ensure consistency in onboarding and technical development, ultimately enhancing new hire engagement and enabling long-term career development.
