North Carolina A&T state University Names Martin Complex Cyber Range for Capital One

Martin Sr. Engineering Research and Innovation Complex in recognition of Capital One’s significant contributions. The Capital One Cyber Range is a strategic and impactful endeavor that aligns the company’s brand with cutting-edge education and technological innovation in cybersecurity at North Carolina A&T. It will promote collaboration between the company and A&T’s College of Engineering (COE), fostering joint research, curriculum development and internships that benefit students. It also provides Capital One with access to a pipeline of highly trained talent, cultivating relationships that can lead to employment opportunities. Additionally, this initiative will strengthen brand presence by positioning Capital One as a leader in cybersecurity innovation, reinforcing its commitment to technological excellence in a high-profile academic environment. This partnership between A&T and Capital One supports industry-academia integration by allowing COE facility to host workshops, conferences and training sessions led by experts, blending practical industry expertise with academic research and education. The Capital One Cyber Range at the Martin Complex demonstrates a shared commitment to innovation and growth, creating a mutually beneficial relationship that advances both COE’s mission and Capital One’s strategic goals.
