HBCU CONNECT and BAE Systems Host Successful Virtual Recruiting Event for HBCU Talent

The event exceeded expectations, bringing together over 150 registered attendees and showcasing BAE Systems’ commitment to fostering diversity and merit based recruitment within the workforce. With an initial goal of engaging 50 candidates, the event saw a peak attendance of over 80 participants simultaneously on the call.
