Yea, Im in the annex too and I also heard the same thing... My friend's girlfriend will be living in that dorm this year and he said that she said that they were very nice.... We have our own cafe, bookstore, AC, and some other stuff. Its sound pretty cool...now the only thing we have to worry about are our roommates!!!

Hey I'm in the annex too. The dorms are very nice. A lot of people worry about the whole sisterhood bonding thing because the dorm compose of freshmen n upperclassmen, but I really don't think it will have an impact on your Howard experience.

Yeah, I saw some pictures of the rooms on the myspace Annex group (check that out), and I think they are really nice. I've seen some dorm rooms that look tore down and the annex rooms are decent, especially after they are decorated. I'm just glad we won't have the whole communal bathroom thing (I wasn't ready for that. lol). I am kind of worried about this roomate thing. I'm trying to make some good friends online so that we can both check in at the same time and be roomies. We'll see what's up! ~Angi
