Meijer Mystery: Have You Seen This In Aisle F?

Posted By: How May I Help You NC on March 07, 2025 I was shopping with my wife, Lindsey, at the Knapp's Corner Meijer on Saturday. While walking down a random aisle, I noticed something that made me do a double take. In fact, I was so confused by what I saw that I had to call Lindsey over and ask her to take a look. In aisle F, there were rows and rows of spray paint. While that in itself was not strange, what I noticed at the bottom of the display seemed wrong. Spray Paint Isle Meijer Credit: Big Joe Pesh There were so many little spots of spray paint that I assumed they were from people opening cans and testing them out to see what they looked like. At first, I thought this was something done to grab your attention and show off the spray paint. However, I then noticed that some of the prices were covered by spray paint, which I'm pretty sure is not how Meijer changes their prices. This spray paint testing extended the entire length of the spray paint section. The store was packed, so I didn't want to bother an employee to ask them about it, but I would love to know if someone who works at Meijer can clarify whether you're allowed to "test" the spray paint before you buy it.
