Applications for the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business Fall 2025 cohort are now open!

Black in Business is a free business education program dedicated to equipping sole
proprietors with the tools necessary to turn their business potential into business growth.

The program is open to all sole proprietors interested in creating jobs, opportunities, and economic
growth in their communities.



Specific eligibility criteria:
• Sole proprietorship (no other full-time employees)
• Minimum revenue of $25,000 in the past 12 months
• Revenue-generating business
• Operating for at least one year

The program will provide:
• Free 10-week online business education program
• In-person learning at Goldman Sachs (all expenses paid)
• A powerful network of sole proprietors
• Strategic advisors to guide your path to growth

The deadline for applications for the Fall 2025 Cohort is April 10th at 11:59 PM EST. Please use the link below to apply.

The application should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. To complete the application, you will need:
• Business information, including revenue, description of your business, services, and customers
• Why are you interested in the program
• Schedule C from a recently filed personal tax return, federal business tax return, or a full-year profit and loss statement
