Thierry Henry Named the One Player He Was ‘Scared’ to Play Against

The Frenchman was one of the most feared players of his generation, blessed with lightning-quick pace and composure that meant once he had the beating of a defender, he was most likely going to slot the ball past the goalkeeper too. For many, Henry is one of the greatest players to never win the Ballon d'Or, and would’ve been viewed as the last person most opponents would want to be matched up against. However, the former Barcelona star showed a less clinical side when coming clean about who he was intimidated by squaring off with in his playing days.
