How I Paid Off Over $10,000 in Student Loans Using Side Hustles in Just 650 Days

At the time, I owed just over $10,000 with a 5.71% interest rate. I set a bold goal — to pay off this balance as quickly as possible. I didn’t rely on a promotion or lottery ticket. What made the difference? Side hustles. While I work a full-time job, I’ve always been passionate about creating multiple income streams. I sold items online, ran niche blogs, monetized digital content, and took on freelance gigs. Any extra income I made went straight to this loan. I treated it like a challenge — every dollar from a hustle was a punch at my debt.
