Posted By: G GG on June 30, 2025 Job Title: Product Technician Company: GGG Location: GA (Telework/On-site) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Product Technician to join our team in GA. This position focuses on assembling consumer products and providing technical service support to customers who have purchased our products. You'll work hands-on with product assembly, quality testing, troubleshooting, and customer service to ensure our products meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and build consumer products according to specifications and quality standards Perform quality control testing and inspections on finished products Troubleshoot and repair defective or malfunctioning products Provide technical support and service to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits Document service calls, repairs, and product issues Maintain inventory of parts and tools needed for assembly and repairs Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Collaborate with team members to meet production and service goals Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving abilities Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment Ability to read and follow technical manuals, diagrams, and assembly instructions Excellent customer service and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong quality control mindset Physical ability to lift, carry, and manipulate products and components Reliable transportation for potential customer service calls Preferred Experience: Previous experience in product assembly, manufacturing, or technical service roles Customer service experience in a technical support environment Familiarity with electronic devices, appliances, or similar consumer products Basic computer skills for documentation and communication Join our hands-on technical team where you'll have the opportunity to work directly with products from assembly through customer support, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction every step of the way.
