Are you ready to take the next step in your career journey and make a lasting impact? The Coca-Cola Company is calling all ambitious students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to apply for the Start Your Legacy HBCU Externship Program, a unique six-week experience designed to immerse you in the world of a global icon. This isn't just an externship; it's an opportunity to connect with industry leaders, gain invaluable real-world experience, and start building a legacy that will refresh the world.

From September 29th through November 7, 2025, this dynamic program will challenge you to apply your classroom knowledge to real-world projects. You'll gain practical skills in high-demand fields such as Information Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales/Marketing. This hands-on approach goes beyond textbooks, providing you with a tangible understanding of how a powerhouse like The Coca-Cola Company operates on a global scale. This is your chance to step out of the lecture hall and into the boardroom, tackling impactful challenges and making meaningful contributions to a brand that's beloved worldwide.

One of the most exciting aspects of the program is the opportunity for personalized mentorship. You'll be paired with seasoned professionals who are eager to share their expertise, offer guidance, and help you navigate your career path. These one-on-one connections are more than just networking opportunities—they are a chance to learn directly from those who have already forged successful careers, gaining insights that will prove invaluable for years to come. Through virtual sessions and personalized advice, you'll not only grow your professional knowledge but also build relationships that can last a lifetime.

Beyond the skills and mentorship, the Start Your Legacy program is a place of belonging. The Coca-Cola Company is committed to fostering a community that champions innovation, collaboration, and, most importantly, you. This externship is a celebration of the unique perspectives and talents of HBCU students, creating an environment where your ideas are valued, your voice is heard, and you feel a true sense of belonging. The program culminates in a thrilling two-day onsite experience at the Atlanta Headquarters on November 6-7, 2025, where you’ll get to meet your peers and connect with leaders in person, solidifying the bonds you've formed.

The impact you can make is profound. Your ideas have the power to influence innovative projects and help shape the future of one of the world's most iconic brands. This externship is an opportunity to leave your mark, starting a legacy of excellence and innovation that will make a real difference.

To be eligible for this life-changing experience, you must be a student currently enrolled at an HBCU with a graduation date after May 2027. Your major should align with the program's listed fields, and you must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Full participation in the weekly Friday virtual sessions and the two-day Atlanta experience is required.

Ready to start your legacy? The application window is open from August 1st to August 15, 2025. Don’t miss your chance to be a part of this incredible journey. APPLY NOW!

Take the first step towards a career built on impact, innovation, and opportunity by applying on The Coca-Cola Company careers website. Your future awaits!
