Why I Chose to Attend an HBCU and How It Will Shape My Future

To me, an HBCU is more than just a school it’s a community where I can learn and grow around people who share similar experiences and values. I know that at an HBCU, I’ll be surrounded by people who want to see me succeed, from professors to classmates, and that kind of support is important to me as I chase my goals.
