The Corporate Management Associate Program with Synovus! About The Program: You will participate in a 3 year banking and financial services program while developing specific job skills related to Retail and Commercial Bank individuals (Teller, Personal Banker, Assistant Manager, and Branch Manager, Commercial Lender), product knowledge, sales, and leadership training. The goal of this program is for the individual to learn the business practices and processes of the Retail and Commercial Banks and various other departments that support these banks, with the intent of being placed in a senior-level position within the hiring organization! Required Skills: - Bachelor's degree with a GPA of 3.30 or higher - Strong desire to have a career in Retail and Commercial Banking - Participation in campus leadership role(s) and community service experience. - This is a three year program with training initially in Columbus, GA. - Must be willing to relocate for a leadership assignment within the Southeast U.S. at any time during the program. - Exceptional communication skills. Preferred Skills: Retail/Commercial Banking experience. Ability to adapt to change. Analytical ability. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to perform in a sales environment.
