TOWSON, Md. – The Coppin State Eagles bowling team opened the spring portion of their schedule with an impressive showing at the prestigious James Brown Invitational at AMF Towson this weekend. Competing against a talented field, the Eagles emerged as a force to be reckoned with, finishing 8-4 overall and placing fourth out of seven teams.

Leading the charge for Coppin State was Blessing Lawrence, who delivered a standout individual performance, placing seventh out of 36 bowlers in the tournament. This result not only highlighted Lawrence's exceptional skills but also underscored the depth and talent within the Eagles' bowling program.
