Albany State Softball Shines in Decisive Macon Doubleheader Sweep of Wesleyan

MACON, Ga. — The Albany State University Golden Rams softball team put on a dominant performance on the road Friday, sweeping a non-conference doubleheader against Wesleyan College with impressive wins of 8-4 in Game 1 and 11-2 in Game 2.

Led by a balanced offensive attack and solid pitching, the Albany State Golden Rams showcased their strength and resilience as they continue to build momentum this season. The second game was an even more lopsided affair, as the Golden Rams offense exploded for 11 runs in a 11-2 triumph. Essence Pulliam led the way, going 3-for-4 with a double, triple, and 3 RBIs.
