North Carolina A&T Aggies Cement MEAC Bowling Dynasty with Sixth Straight Title
Posted By: Will Moss on February 24, 2026

NORFOLK, Va. – The North Carolina A&T Aggies have solidified their status as the undisputed perennial power of Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) bowling, clinching their sixth consecutive regular-season championship in dominant fashion.

Heading into the weekend, the Aggies found themselves in a tight battle atop the MEAC standings, tied for first place with Delaware State at 5-2. However, the Aggies left no doubt, complementing their 4-0 record on Saturday in traditional team match play with an equally impressive 3-0 performance on Sunday to secure the title.

Key Takeaway: The North Carolina A&T Aggies have established themselves as the team to beat in MEAC bowling, winning their sixth straight regular-season championship and cementing their status as the conference's perennial powerhouse.

Sophomore sensation Victorya White led the way for the Aggies, posting a total pinfall of 1,573 and averaging an impressive 224.71 over seven games. White's performance earned her a second-place finish individually, trailing only UAB's Madison Colston, who averaged 232.71 over the weekend.

As a team, the Aggies showcased their depth and consistency, totaling 7,214 pins for an average of 206.1 over the course of the two-day event.

Their standout performance on Sunday, which included a 946-757 blowout win over host Norfolk State and an impressive 1,150-985 victory over the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) Hawks, solidified their dominance.

"The Aggies came away from the weekend with their reputation intact as the undisputed perennial power in the MEAC."

With this latest title, the Aggies have now won the MEAC regular-season championship six years in a row, cementing their status as the conference's bowling dynasty. The team will look to extend their reign when they host the 2026 MEAC Championship Tournament at Triad Lanes in Greensboro, North Carolina, from March 20-22.

HBCUConnect.com Perspective: This remarkable achievement by the North Carolina A&T Aggies bowling team is a source of immense pride for the HBCU community. The Aggies' consistent dominance in the MEAC, winning six straight regular-season titles, is a testament to the talent, dedication, and coaching excellence within the program. As the premier online community for HBCU alumni and supporters, HBCUConnect.com celebrates the Aggies' success and looks forward to their continued excellence, both in the MEAC and on the national stage. This victory reinforces the rich tradition and competitive spirit that defines HBCU athletics, inspiring current and future student-athletes to strive for greatness.
