NORFOLK, Va., February 23, 2026 – The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC), one of the premier college sports conferences for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), has announced its latest Women's Basketball Weekly Awards, showcasing the incredible talents of student-athletes from across the HBCU community.

Howard University forward Nile Miller has been named the MEAC Player of the Week presented by Wells Fargo. Nile's standout performance on the court has earned her this prestigious recognition, further solidifying her status as a rising star in HBCU basketball.

Maryland Eastern Shore forward Kaliya Perry has been named the MEAC Rookie of the Week.
