ATLANTA — The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC), one of the premier NCAA Division II athletic conferences for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), has recognized two exceptional student-athletes for their standout performances on the tennis courts last week.

The conference announced its Men's and Women's Tennis Players of the Week on Tuesday, March 3, honoring Kevin Eutsey and Adjowa-Sika Serena Pascaline of Tuskegee University, a renowned HBCU located in Alabama.

Key Takeaway: The SIAC's weekly tennis honors showcase the talent and dedication of HBCU athletes, who continue to make their mark on the sport and inspire the broader HBCU community.

Kevin Eutsey, a student-athlete at Tuskegee University, was named the SIAC Men's Tennis Player of the Week. Eutsey's impressive performance on the court led his team to a dominant victory over the University of West Alabama, a strong NCAA Division II program.

Adjowa-Sika Serena Pascaline, also representing Tuskegee University, was awarded the SIAC Women's Tennis Player of the Week title.

Pascaline's exceptional play helped her team secure a hard-fought win against the University of West Georgia, a formidable opponent in the region.

"These student-athletes have demonstrated the exceptional talent and determination that define HBCU athletics. Their success on the court not only brings pride to their school but also inspires the entire HBCU community to strive for excellence."

The SIAC is known for its rich tradition of academic and athletic excellence, with member institutions such as Tuskegee University, Fort Valley State University, and Albany State University consistently producing top-tier student-athletes. This recognition of Eutsey and Pascaline's achievements is a testament to the depth of talent and the unwavering commitment to excellence that permeates HBCU sports programs.

As the premier online community for HBCU alumni and supporters, HBCUConnect.com takes great pride in showcasing the remarkable accomplishments of HBCU student-athletes like Eutsey and Pascaline. Their success not only highlights the incredible talent within the HBCU community but also serves as a powerful inspiration for the next generation of HBCU athletes to follow in their footsteps.
