Posted By: Will Moss on April 05, 2026

MOBILE, Ala. — The Spring Hill College Badgers suffered a setback on their home diamond Tuesday night, falling to the University of West Florida Argonauts 11-6 in midweek non-conference action.

The loss drops Spring Hill to 22-13 on the season, while West Florida improved their impressive record to 27-6 with the road victory.

Final Score: West Florida defeated Spring Hill 11-6 in Mobile, Alabama. The Badgers now stand at 22-13 overall, while the Argonauts boast a 27-6 record.

The midweek matchup provided both teams an opportunity to compete outside their conference schedules, with West Florida taking advantage of the opportunity to extend their winning ways.

The Argonauts' strong 27-6 record reflects a team firing on all cylinders as the season progresses into its critical stretch.

For Spring Hill, the home loss represents a bump in the road as the Badgers work to maintain momentum during the demanding spring season. Despite the setback, the team's 22-13 record still positions them competitively as they look ahead to the remainder of their schedule.

The Mobile-based Badgers will look to bounce back from this defeat and return to their winning ways in upcoming contests. Meanwhile, West Florida continues to build an impressive campaign with their sixth win of their 27th game this season.

As both programs navigate the challenges of their respective schedules, this midweek clash provided valuable game experience and an opportunity to fine-tune strategies heading into the final stretch of the regular season.
