The Prairie View A&M Panthers are backing up their historic 2025 season with a significant investment in the coaching staff that made it possible. Following the program's most successful campaign in more than 15 years, head coach Tremaine Jackson and his assistants are receiving substantial pay raises that reflect their championship performance.

According to a report by Chris Hummer of 247 Sports/CBS Sports, Jackson's contract has been amended to include a 35% salary increase for both the head coach and the assistant coaches' pool.
