In this episode of Talent Take Five, Jeff shares why the recruiting infrastructure is collapsing under AI pressure, with companies receiving 500 applications in 3 hours instead of 200 over 3 weeks. One Boston CTO told him: "I have 8,000 resumes. I'm sure there are qualified people in there. I just don't know how to get to them." Jeff's solution? Kill the resume entirely and go radically human. His advice might shock you: "Send a pizza with your resume in the bottom. That's what we did in 1992."
