SAP Academy for Customer Success Is Now Hiring: A Fast Track for Early-Career Professionals

SAP Academy for Customer Success Is Now Hiring: A Fast Track for Early-Career Professionals

SAP, one of the world's largest enterprise software companies, has just kicked off hiring for its Academy for Customer Success — a premier development program built for early-career professionals who are ready to grow fast. For HBCU students, recent graduates, and young alumni who are two to three years into their careers, this is exactly the kind of opportunity worth acting on quickly.

The SAP Academy for Customer Success is a hands-on, structured program designed to take talented professionals and accelerate their growth across three distinct customer-facing career paths. Participants build core skills in communication, collaboration, and leadership while working on real business challenges alongside SAP's customers. It is a launchpad for people who want to upskill and excel quickly, rather than wait years to move up the ladder.

Three Career Paths in the Academy:
  • Sales (Account Executive) — own the customer relationship and drive business growth.
  • Solution Advisory (Solution Advisor) — translate technology into solutions that solve customer problems.
  • Customer Success Manager (CSM) — guide customers to get maximum value from SAP solutions.

This is a global program, and the opportunity is significant: there are currently 51 openings worldwide, including 25 across the United States. U.S. roles are hybrid and span major markets including Washington, DC; Atlanta, GA; Houston, TX; Boston, MA; Palo Alto, San Ramon, and Newport Beach, CA; Tempe, AZ; and Newtown Square, PA. Additional positions are open internationally in Germany, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Canada, making this a strong fit for professionals open to relocation or international experience.

The ideal candidate is someone roughly two to three years into their professional journey who is hungry to learn, eager to work directly with customers, and ready to build a long-term career at a global technology leader. SAP invests heavily in the Academy's participants through mentorship, training, and structured onboarding — so you do not need decades of experience to get in the door, just the drive to grow. For HBCU talent looking to break into enterprise tech, sales, and customer success, this program removes many of the traditional barriers to entry.

SAP has been an active partner in reaching diverse talent, and this hiring push is a direct invitation to the HBCU Connect community. If you are ready to take the next step in your career, now is the time to apply — hiring has just launched and roles fill quickly.
