BLOOM Professional Development Day 2026: Unbothered & Unstoppable

Posted By: Reginald Claremont on September 21, 2026 HBCU students, alumni, professionals, and community members are invited to join BLOOM Professional Development Day 2026, a virtual experience designed to inspire personal growth, strengthen leadership skills, and help participants thrive in their careers and communities. Presented by the Black Leaders Overly Officiating Movement (BLOOM) in partnership with HBCU CONNECT, this year's theme is "Unbothered & Unstoppable: Mastering Your Energy, Environment, & Elevation." The event will take place Friday, October 2, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Time and will be hosted virtually via Microsoft Teams. Five Sessions Focused on Growth and Impact Throughout the day, participants will hear from speakers and take part in five professional and personal development sessions:
The event is open to all, including HBCU students and alumni, Cedars-Sinai employees, community partners, professionals, and allies.
