One More Week

Posted By: Ryan Lang on August 05, 2006 I just turned in my paper for my summer project (all 19 pages) on Friday. Boy, am I glad that is finished! This is my last week in New York City, and it's definitely going to be an eventful one. On Monday night, I'm going to Brooklyn with some of my friends to an LL Cool J concert. Now, I am not a fan of rap music, but I figure that I will probably not have this opportunity again, so I might as well take advantage of it now. Also, I'll be going to see The Color Purple on Broadway with my parents on Wednesday evening. I CAN'T WAIT for this. Tickets are mad expensive for it...our tickets were about $85 each! My final presentations (poster and Powerpoint) are on Friday, so I will also need to prepare for those so that I do well. And after this week is all over, I'm headed back to Oakwood College to start my sophomore year (or should I say "sophomore semester" because I will have junior status in Dec. '06).
