"What men think?"

"What men think?"
Posted By: phil marlow on September 08, 2006

This will take a year but for you I will put it in a few sentences. It is obvious that Women are men pleasure because of the miles we go for them once we realize how much we love them and trust them. It is when they fail to that pleasure we require that we become cheaters. History tells us(bible and present day) that a man may have many wives. Although we cannot accept this because of our up bringing of possessesness and selfishness. We need to read the old testemnet and listen to YAH (God) speaking to his chosen people. We (Blacks) are whom you may discover in this text.

This is a lie, God never condoned Polygamy, already had this debate from, all the things that went wrong with the women and children involved in this to look at who is in the news from of all things marrying girls... Hint Warren Jeffs...
"Cannot" is a twist on God's words and any Black Woman to fall for this is brainwashed among other things. I have already written on another site about this mess and showed how

And You mention Polygamy and "Possessiveness (You spelled wrong) and "Selfishness" in the same blog... Wow.
"By Ali Sina

The thought of an old man becoming aroused by a child is one of the most disturbing thoughts that makes us cringe as it reminds us of pedophilia and the most despicable people. It is difficult to accept that the Holy Prophet married Aisha when she was 6-years-old and consummated his marriage with her when she was 9. He was then, 54 years old."

Question, how old are You?

Also the original Muhammed whom some follow, originally set the limit to 4 wives but allowed himself 10 or something like that.

I'll be honorable and desire to marry one wife, thats all I can and want to handle anyway for the rest of my life when I am Blessed to be married.

By the way "YAH" is not the correct Old Testament Name Spelling for (God) and You spelled Old Testament wrong...

I know we all do typos, I'm just starting off somewhere to show ERRORS.

By the way from the original Muhammed to Elijah respectfully, I think it is well documented the tragedies that incurred, from what Malcolm X tried to distance from in what was error and killed by his own to Elijah himself impregnating girls and not by white media either, from within his own unless You debate this was a conspiracy also.

To state God created polygamy is an atheistic or agnostic statement...
Again there was a debate on another site and I won that one hands down and the ones who fought for and believed that got angry, when I used their own material against them, they said it was not fair...

By the way, did not even want to jump in on this as a debate, but I saw this and had to say something.

By the way, this would not take me a year and the intelligent, bright, brilliant minds here, would take less time than I have...
There are some Young Men and some Young Women that will send You back to school on this one...
Some of these Young Ladies ain't nuthin to be played with. Especially in deceit, manipulation, lies, debauchery, twisting God's words, etc.etc.etc.

How can you call my statement a lie? There are many religious organization that declare many different view about morals. If you don't agree it ok but to call one a lie, well you don't have that authority. And if I spelled a word incorrect how did you know what I was saying? My age has nothing to do with what I read in the old testement. Yes, I lied if I said God said it but I didn't say that, my statement came from the old testament. What has spelling got to do with this conversatiion? if you understanding what i am saying, that is what matters. I haven't spoke with God, Allah, etc and you haven't either and If so please prove it to me and make me a beleiver in what you say. In the old days things were different, we change them. Muhammed is a new religion and man made. One man declared god sent him. Maybe I will go out and declare God sent me. Oh! do you think the ratio of men to women will allow every woman to have a man, please don't answer. In the real world, I know of many married men that have other women. Some women will accept the best men whether married or have more than one girl friend. Look! this is an opinion, I've been married for 36 year, got an Euro education and an African one also plus three successful sons and money is no problem. NCCU is where I got my African Credit from and My Euro education from outside.

#1, You start Your blog out with "What men think", I am a Man and I responded as You requested in general, You knew this would be a controversial subject, You did state "This will take a year".

Also You wrote "History tells us(bible and present day) that a man may have many wives."
Well the Bible is the Word of God, You used that and go on to say that "a man may have many wives", You tied in the word bible, history, man and wives together, not I.
God created the original mode and paradigm in Adam and Eve in the context of marriage, anything outside of 1 man and 1 woman is not recognized under God anyway. From Abraham to David to Solomon, we are fighting present day wars over the children born to them. David's son tried to kill him and slept with David's wives on a rooftop and 1 of David's sons raped his sister (daughter of David).

I agree you have not spoken to God as You state, but You use the word of God to express a belief...

Also You state that You have been married for 36 years, don't You know that what You believe can be viewed as cheating?
If Your wife was to come stating a religion to You that allows a woman to have multiple husbands You would trip thus be a hypocrite. You did state "There are many religious organization that declare many different view about morals"...

Satanism is also a religion, the eye for an eye is still abounding in certain religions, the same reduce women to 2nd class citizens, blame her if not enough sons are born, believe in clitoral removal and the killing of baby girls since not sons... This is the belief of the system You are stating here, see you leave out much...

Great to hear You have 3 successful sons, money is no problem, you have a Euro education and an African one and that NCCU is where You got an African Credit from.

Muhammed is not a new religion, I concur it is man made, but he is credited with growing the largest group of followers that believe in Polygamy whether Islam or Muslim which are actually off shoots of each other.

Also what the heck does men who cheat and have outside women have to do anything with marriage, outside of further discrediting what you are trying to prove...

Yes, the ratio of Men via God is enough for Women... To say not so is to imply, God made a mistake and lets not forget, choices make a difference...

Oh did You know that there is no age limit for a person that practises polygamy, if You had a grand daughter would that matter to You?
Many times what one states can come right back in their own backyards...

And if You go out and declare that God sent You... Well we all have to die one day, either way, we deal with in life and death, that statement is a sarcasm, God either does or does not, never maybe's...

My Brother, I didn't realize that I started a blog but it happen I am glad to know what other think or their opinion. You know these are opinions. However, early in our lives we are taught certain morals such as what we believe to be right or wrong. Once these things are bed in our minds, they become beliefs, some real strong. What we believe in today is based on what we were taught, can you agree? Now once we come into knowledge by questioning them, we can either accept truth or lie. I became a Christian because I was taught such but today I cannot continue with this religion, however, I still have my belief in a Heavenly or Spiritual Father or being. Once becoming knowledgeable of my former slave master religion, I could not concur. It is his religion that enslaved my forefathers.
I will never declare that God sent me just to gain power over people. I said that just to let you know that one cannot believe all things. Remember therre are many who say this, God sent Me or God told me.
I don't practice anything at present but studying them all. I am very interested in Hebrew. This gentleman has shown me many things in the Old Testament that has convienced me that the whole bible is about God, for the lack of the correct word, is speaking to black folks which maybe my descendants.
However, no religion has it perfect but some answers men/women problem better than others and they are growing very fast. Islam in America for one.
That ratio I mention, Is not Gods fault, If I may mention the bible quote him as saying, "be fruitful and Multiply", it just happen to be more women than men therefore may men should take on more than one wife, wait! this is just an opinion my brother. Also, If my wife stated that she believed that women should be able to have more than one Husband, well, that would be her opinion. Look my brother one has to be raised to believe something strongly to practice it.
I have witness children outside of ones' family get along very well. There is a quote in Probverb that says,"Mind your own Business", but we cannot. I say let us live from within as oppose to without, mean listening to other. Let us make our own descision based on our happiness. If a woman or man can accept sharing another person then be it so. You see I don't have to live with it, they do.
How can one proved that God told anybody any thing be it in the bible, Torah, Koran, etc. If he lives and speak it is to each individual. Unless we are consume by the Devil or Evil spirits.
Oh! doesn't the bible mention men and their wives? If true then we change what our ancestors done, were they wrong? Are we right?
We are taught that if a man has another affair then he is a cheat, well, in other societies they call it somethings else. It appears what we believe is what we are taught. Just as White folks were taught god intended for blacks to be slaves.

My reality is not necessarily your reality and that's ok. I understand that women in the original state are great supporters, helpers, and orchestrators who love much more fully and deeply in general, than men. I understand that emotions make it much harder for women naturally to sleep around and stay focused at the same time, while men can do whatever and not give it a second thought. But, at the same time, women as well as men are created in the image of God. He is jealous and in a natural state, so are we BOTH. A woman may accept some things, but I would venture to say that few women are pleased to share men. Women love deeply and as a result can deal with more pain emotionally and physically. However, I don't think I am far off when I say that God intended for us (women) to be loved, respected and protected, in part just because we are so emotional and open to be hurt. Sure, you can chose to do whatever and not accept the responsibility to care for us, but, the result is a liberal society in which we grow out of needing you and increasingly find s*xual fulfillment in each other these days. I agree with you that it’s common for us to start off as pleasers and do a 180 after wedding day. It's NOT a one-sided issue. I agree with you that many societies function with polygamy. I do not agree that it is ok in America in 2006 to revert back to polygamy. The state of our family is terrible! Responsibility and accountability is severely lacking, and two or three more wives to the equation is going to self-destruct a people, definitely not fix it. Black women are strong, courageous, dynamic, stylish and beautiful in a number of shades and shapes. If you are lucky enough to have the affection of one GOOD one, you are exceptionally blessed. Don't get selfish because you see another three or four alright ones. It's not about you. If she's proven worthy of you in those 30+ years, keep not just your family, but her self esteem and self worth in tact and instead of sleeping around, treat her as beautifully as you desire her to be.

Joyce, Very well stated and I can see you're looking at the world with more than one eye," open minded". Black Americans cannot stay the course, with proverty, jail, Ghettos, etc. If black men would just accept the responsibility of his family, community. Sleeping around and taking the responsibility, I believe are different. If Women could reframe from jealously and control and understand we as a people have a problem. When I see a single parent struggling to raise a young man, I want to help but can't because I risk being call a "run-a-rounder". Even if only advise is being given, yard being mowed, fixing car. Well, one cannot do this because the word will quickly get out he is sleeping around. I believe women can solve a lot of problems in the community. They are more intellect than men. That's all I got to say about that.

Taking responsibility and not sleeping around are unrelated. We (Black women) do have major issues as a whole, myself having been included, with jealousy and control. Both lead to very self-destructive behavior. A lot of it we bring on ourselves, but we are pleasers and we are fragile, and the only thing you (men) can do to make it worse is not treat us like we're special or worse show us that you think someone else is more special. You know we pick up on every little thing. I agree that it shouldn't be taboo for a man and woman to have the kind of relationship you described. However, I'm sure it will take much work to get to that place. Most of us are pretty seasoned by the time that we realize that there's more to male/female relations than s*xuality.

By the way, one of the things I fight against and You might want to read my article titled "How Men Should Treat Women" is false male dominated errors in society (I am saying this tactfully) that is taught by other male controlled individuals who carry this on and this is not for people in equity, too many families have been torn manilpulated and abused due to stuff like this.
You start off your post by not even calling this Poligamy, I called that out, also You do not state that in the countries that practise this, women have no rights the same as in the bible when the woman wascaught in the very act of adultery, but no man was brought forth (Ironically), also in those same countries and you have skipped, women are cast aways if produce no sons, but the man is the donar of the chromosome, also women as even recently can be killed for far less than what men are, clitoral removal and sewing up the woman is prevalent, no property can be owned, women are given away instead of choice, beaten, abused etc.
The Bible is neutral gender in many areas such as the woman at the well where Jesus tells her she has many husbands, well that goes for the men also, God only recognizes one wife, any others is adultery and fornication, plus in polygamy, only one wife receives all the benefits and all through out the Bible the wife always got younger and younger as the man and his prevous wives got older. Look at the Book of Esther, even she was the youngest out of all the wives thus got the most attention, that is a natural progression of things in a selfish practise. Love can only be shared so far with multiple wives and then You have varying personalities etc.
I also did a very real post on why polygamy is wrong and I get very real with it. I go into body fluids and womens delicate systems and how sanitation is lacking, think about it, what man is going to shower right after intercourse withone wife if he has 10? He goes on to the next one...
Anyway, many times when people state things, they state it superficially and not go into all the ramifications...
You also skip the point that You would not want to marry a wife that has multiple husbands under the same roof.

I have my own thoughts and don't need someone to tell me after the same faith that got me to where I am today to try to spread what they are saying, You mention a person You are learning from.
I bet You in Your own inner circle there is conflict there as well.
People profess what they believe and again my wife could not be my wife if I had one and go around preaching about polygamy, a saying i have, "Many times people create the reality that many perceive.".
Again, I can go all day here, but I stop here.

Brother Hemmans, First I will never follow the religion of my enemy. Christianity is the White man religion. Jesus is not his name, jesus is Euro and God also. Call me by another name and I will not answer, could that be our problem with prayer? Jesus wrong name. The true bible Torah, is the Heavenly Father speaking to the Black Hebrew whom are not christians. Never read where the prophet declared a religion. He spoke as coming to fulfil his father comandments and laws, not establishing a religion called Christianity. White folks created what we follow from the old and new testament with King James version and others. Do you not think that we are Hebrews? descendants of the twelve tribes. These Euro has lied to us all of our days concerning our history and culture, why should I follow or believe him. His god is white, so is his jesus, not mine. How can I believe in a white jesus that susported slavery?
The old testament spoke wives. The woman at the well he called a dog was an European woman whom he refuse to deal with. He came to deliver the Hebrews or in English, the jews.
I don't push what I believe on anyone. I give my opinion when ask and let the person figure for self.
The bible you're reading is white because it was re-written and if you follow them, you too are the same.
I am in the world but not off the world. I don't think the Heavenly Father intended his creation to follow blindly. No one can tell me when they can't answer my questions to just have faith. I lived in reality. When you meet the truth you will reconize it via the hearth.

Peace and love

Mr. Hemmans, you stated the word was inspired by God. Now that is a heavy statement, now can you prove that? Yes, we are free to do what we want or can even if it means having more than one wife. Both have to agree, is that correct? Now what give another the right to say it is wrong? Lots of things I disagree with but unless it cross my path it is none of my business to say it is right or wrong. You did what you must to get where you are and true for the rest of us.
You cannot choose what is right or wrong for other only give them information to help them make a wise decision. One cannot play god over others.
I wasn't trying to duck your questions. As I look back over your article I find no questions. I need not go into details of more than one wife for no one will handle more than one woman the same.
Thanks for participating and I have really learn something from you. The main things you have taught me is that you have a desire to control or have power over others. I would advise you, if you want to lead you must be able to service first.

Thanks again

Mr. Hemmans 111, I hope I am not correct in see that you responded to blog, "What Men Think", The "Word" cannot stand alone, with it must come truth. One who put his life in a book that produces only words has become blind to the truth. The truth manfest itself to you and with it comes freedom. How does one knows that a book has been inspired by anyone but the author? Anyone can come forth with this lie. They all will say he sent me or he inspired me, for me to believe, bring truth or proof. Political Science is a lie within itself.

Enough said, please read my other blog just a click away. Pe
